Pixel Dust ROM is an Android 9.x ROM especially built with Google Pixel features and apps.

Installation guide (From XDA Thread):

1. Download system.img.xz file.
2. Extract it and get the IMG.
3. Flash it
For Fastboot: Open ADB and type "fastboot flash system <image name>.img"
For TWRP: Install -> Install Image -> Select Image and Flash to "SYSTEM"
4. Reboot and Enjoy.

My Flashing:

To flash this GSI onto Redmi Note 4 (Mido) which is a ARM 64-A-only device with a MIUI-based Custom ROM (Android 7.0) as my daily driver, I initially downloaded and flashed a recent Treble build of LuisROM which is an unofficial build of Resurrection Remix ROM which is based on LineageOS as shown below:-

After that was flashed and then set up, I rebooted back to 'Recovery' (the latest OrangeFox Recovery) so as to perform a factory reset and then flashed the GSI as displayed below:-
